Holt Ag Solutions is seeking a qualified Agricultural Sales Representative to sell Ag equipment and related products to our customers and potential customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type and quality of new, used or rental product desired.

Responsible for product knowledge on all products represented.
:
Pre:qualifies customers needs in preparation of demonstrations.
:
Understands price lists, keeps it current, and prepares accurate sales quotations.
:
Understands and communicates credit policy to customers.
:
Understands all suppliers warranty and communicates it to customers.
:
Understands price value relationship of equipment and communicates it to customers.
:
Attends sales meetings, sales training sessions, and other company meetings as required.
:
Closes sales including all paper work, sales and finance in a timely manner.
:
Provides marketing information to sales manager through field calls, phone calls and direct mailings.
:
Keeps customer mail list current.
:
Assist in equipment fairs and other equipment display functions throughout Holt of California territory as needed.
:
Represents the Company in a positive and optimistic manner to provide the Company with constructive feedback in the areas of sales, service and parts.
:
Works with sales and rental coordinators in processing paperwork on sales and rental transactions.
:
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two:year College or technical school; or five years agricultural related sales experience with heavy equipment.
