I. Position Summary:
Specialty agriculture equipment and machinery manufacturer based in the California Central Valley seeking a sales-minded veteran of the agriculture industry. The right candidate will provide strategic vision, secure new customers, open new markets, continually refresh the product lines, and further international expansion. Candidates must have prior experience in an agriculture company, either as a management role, or as an executive leader.

Relocation is provided for highly qualified candidates.

III. Position Responsibilities:
Provide strategic vision as well as high-level operations, sales and customer-management.
Manage rapid growth and expansion into other domestic and international markets.
Manage client relationships and build partnerships with local growers.
Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand product lines.
Responds to complex customer / client inquiries.
Oversee staffing and resource allocation.

IV. Position Qualifications:
Prior CEO exp is plus, but not needed.
Intimate knowledge of the agriculture business.
Manufacturing experience a plus.
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
The ability to coach, evaluate, and counsel personnel.
Excellent communication skills.
Understand P&L.
Private Equity background a huge plus.
