Local financial services organization is looking for a Real Estate Loan Manager to oversee the growth of their line of mortgage loan products. Products include primary and secondary mortgages, jumbo mortgages , HELOC, etc. The primary responsibilities of the role include: Creating policies for the Real Estate department to ensure compliance with all State and Federal Lending Regulations. Staying informed of regulation changes as it pertains to the organization's products and services offered. Oversee the staff, provide support and training to team members, and administer performance reviews and disciplinary action as necessary. Supervise the shipping and funding of all real estate loans to the appropriate investors.
